Black Swan has a very beautiful garden, also has a very spacious playing ground for children, so it is a very good place for families, also it is very good choice for dating, but they need more investment and maintenance, for example parking needs more maintenance and it can be mu better if they have better design. Black Swan memiliki taman yang sangat indah, juga memiliki tempat bermain yang sangat luas untuk anak-anak, jadi ini adalah tempat yang sangat baik untuk keluarga, juga merupakan pilihan yang sangat baik untuk berkencan, tetapi mereka membutuhkan lebih banyak investasi dan pemeliharaan, misalnya kebutuhan parkir lebih banyak pemeliharaan dan dapat menjadi lebih baik jika mereka memiliki desain yang lebih baik.
